Stock Controller (Western Cape, Wilderness)

ANEW Resort Wilderness is seeking for a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that stock is accurately received, recorded, stored, issued and reconciled, while maintaining effective controls to minimise wastage, variances, loss and stock-related risks.

This is a position of trust, requiring a high level of integrity, accountability and attention to detail, with responsibility for supporting the hotel’s Food & Beverage and operational stock-control processes.

Successful candidate will be based at Western Cape, Wilderness.
