As our Keyleader at our pop-up store at the Grove, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide a unique, immersive shopping experience, bringing our online presence into the real world. They will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining an elevated standard of visual merchandising and store standards. The retail store associate will also keep our sales floor replenished, and unpack and prepare merchandise as it arrives at our store to be merchandised.

Supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, they lead the team in achieving exceptional customer experience, sales goals and upholding operational efficiency. Ready to step up as manager on duty, they exhibit leadership and accountability as needed, motivating our team through constructive feedback, development and training. Their passion for retail and strong leadership skills make them an invaluable asset as we strive to create an unforgettable in-store experience for our customers!

Commercial Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.

-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Excellent leadership and communication skills.

-Ability to motivate and inspire associates to achieve their goals.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs.

Salary: $19-$22/per hour
