Store Associate - JEske

The Sales Associate gathers and uses product knowledge to educate customers and assists them in making product selections. They will tag merchandise for sale, apply promotional notices and price tags, apply loss prevention sensors, and process merchandise from the stock room to the sales floor. In addition, they will assist in unloading and processing stock weighing up to 55 lbs. The Sales Associate will perform sales transactions through skillful use of the POS system and complete these transactions in a professional, friendly, and timely manner. They are responsible for communicating information regarding sales, markdowns, customer programs, and promotions to all customers. All SHOE SHOW, INC. operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, loss prevention, and safety and security must be adhered to.
