Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Clerk position at our El Cajon, CA location. The Store Clerk will be responsible for assisting customers on the sales floor, organizing merchandise, maintaining store cleanliness, and handling cash register transactions. Additionally, the role involves processing donations, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to assist and engage positively with customers
- Organizational skills to maintain a clean, well-stocked, and orderly store environment
- Reliability and a punctual work ethic
- Be able to lift up to 35lbs independently and safely
- Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
Schedule
Sunday 9:00am - 5:30pm and Monday through Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm
