Job Summary
You will manage store and delivery operations, ensuring accurate stock control, timely shipments, secure and clean storage, and vehicle upkeep to support smooth product and equipment distribution.
Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly stock takes and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate inventory records
- Pack and prepare shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and equipment
- Perform deliveries efficiently while adhering to safety and schedule requirements
- Maintain overall security, cleanliness, and tidiness of the store to provide a safe and organized environment
- Dispatch banking documents promptly when required to support administrative processes
- Perform regular upkeep and maintenance of vehicles to ensure reliable transportation
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence to perform delivery duties safely and legally
- Demonstrate basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, to manage documentation and communication
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Warehousing experience to enhance store management efficiency
- Ability to speak Mandarin to effectively liaise with clients and counterparts

- Location: East, easily accessible from Downtown line-DT28 Kaki Bukit station
- Work Schedule: 5 days work week
