Store Design Project Manager - Luxury Timepieces

Luxury Experts is partnering with a prestigious Swiss luxury Maison to recruit a Store Design Project Manager, contributing to the development of its retail presence worldwide.

You will coordinate the design and execution of boutiques, shop-in-shops, corners and pop-ups across international markets, ensuring projects reflect the Maison's identity and meet its quality standards.

• Manage assigned retail projects, including new openings, renovations and relocations, from initial brief through to completion.
  

• Adapt established retail design concepts to individual sites, respecting brand guidelines and local requirements.
  

• Coordinate external architects, designers, suppliers and contractors, working closely with internal and regional teams.
  

• Prepare and review layouts, drawings, material selections and furniture specifications.
  

• Monitor project timelines, budgets and execution quality, flagging issues and coordinating solutions.
  

• Contribute to updating design guidelines, technical specifications and project documentation.
  

• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Retail Design or a related discipline.
  

• 4-7 years' relevant experience in retail design and project coordination, ideally within luxury, watchmaking, jewellery or premium brands.
  

• Experience coordinating several projects simultaneously, ideally across international markets.
  

• Strong technical understanding, attention to detail and a practical approach to problem-solving.
  

• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
  

• Fluency in English and French.
  

• A keen eye for materials, craftsmanship and luxury retail environments.
