Summary

The Store Design Senior Specialist manages the planning, branding, and execution of store and clinic design projects, including signage, fixtures, and digital installations. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining brand standards.

Lead the planning and execution of store branding, digital, and design innovation projects across new openings, expansions, renovations, and Nahdi Care Clinics. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with approved quality and brand standards. Support commercial initiatives by developing new fixtures, managing vendor execution, and overseeing projects from concept through successful store or clinic opening.

Accountabilities

Pharmacy / Clinic Branding Project Planning and Initiation:

• Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones with key stakeholders.
• Align store branding with commercial and space planning strategies.
• Develop visual branding plans in line with Nahdi brand guidelines to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure proper implementation of store layouts, signage, navigation, and communication materials across new, remodeled, and concept stores, as well as clinics.
• Manage the installation of digital solutions and design innovations, ensuring compliance with approved specifications.
• Oversee the delivery and installation of non-medical furniture for Nahdi Care Clinics, ensuring quality and completion.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, procurement, marketing, operations, and external vendors.
• Facilitate communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Manage project budgets and monitor costs to achieve financial targets.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure required resources and services.
• Optimize resource utilization to maintain project schedules.

Timeline and Schedule Management:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones.
• Identify and resolve project delays or scheduling conflicts.
• Ensure timely delivery from design through store or clinic opening.

Quality Control and Compliance for Pharmacy / Clinic Branding Projects:

• Ensure branding and installation activities comply with approved design and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and project compliance.
• Monitor supplier production to ensure quality and safety requirements are met.
• Confirm store and clinic readiness prior to opening.

Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:

• Act as the primary contact for project stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress updates and project status reports.
• Coordinate project meetings and resolve issues to minimize project risks.
• Implement contingency plans to address project challenges when required.

Post-Project Evaluation:

• Conduct project handovers and evaluate outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Complete financial closure by verifying completed work and installation quality.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained according to company standards.

Work Environment

• Indoors: 20%
• Outdoors: 80%
• Working Days: 5 Days per Week
• Days Off: 2 Days per Week
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Job Requirements

Education • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related field.

Experience • 2–5 years of experience in store signage and communication implementation, preferably within the pharmaceutical or retail industry.
• 2–3 years of experience in store branding, visual merchandising, or retail visual implementation.

Computer Skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (viewer level preferred).
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.

Languages • English - Arabic
