Store Helper

The Store Helper assists in the daily operations of the store by ensuring smooth organization and maintenance of inventory, stocking of goods, and assisting internal departments with requests. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and orderliness of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in unloading, receiving, and organizing stock in the storage areas.
• Keep track of inventory levels and notify the supervisor of low-stock items.
• Help in organizing and maintaining the cleanliness of storage areas.
• Ensure products are stored safely and in the appropriate conditions.
• Assist with packing and preparing items for delivery or dispatch.
• Assist internal teams in locating specific items or stock.
• Follow health and safety guidelines in the workplace.
• Report any discrepancies in inventory to the supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store supervisor or manager.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a store or retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
