We are hiring a Store Keeper to manage inventory, warehouse operations, stock control, and material handling for a leading multi-outlet restaurant chain. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations.
- Maintain inventory records and stock movement.
- Ensure FIFO compliance and proper inventory control.
- Handle stock issuance, material requisitions, and replenishment.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages and overstocking.
- Identify expired and slow-moving inventory.
- Prepare inventory and stock reports.
- Coordinate with procurement and internal departments.
- Support vendor coordination whenever required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of overall professional experience.
- Minimum 1+ year of relevant experience in Store Management, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, or Stock Control.
- Hands-on experience in inventory management, stock reconciliation, FIFO, and other inventory control standards.
