Store Lead
Kolache Factory is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Magnolia team as a Team Lead (Management Trainee). This position is designed for individuals who want more than just a job—it is a leadership development opportunity with a clear path toward becoming a Store Manager.
As a Team Lead, you will work alongside our management team to learn the skills, responsibilities, and leadership qualities required to successfully operate a Kolache Factory location. You'll help lead daily operations, support team members, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain our quality and operational standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead by example and set the standard for customer service
- Assist in overseeing daily bakery and café operations
- Support and coach team members during shifts
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Help manage cash handling and operational accountability
- Maintain a positive, productive, and guest-focused environment
- Learn the operational and leadership skills necessary for store management
