What You’ll Do:
As a Store Leader, you will be the driving force behind your store’s success. You will:

• Lead by example with outstanding customer service.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor team members.
• Analyze reports, track performance, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage merchandising, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot transaction issues and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent service.
• Promote a culture of accountability, honesty, and financial responsibility.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail environment.
• Minimum of 3 years in retail management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and make informed decisions.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Flexibility to work varying hours as needed.
