Store / Logistics Coordinator

• Responsibility of managing resources, transportation and distribution of goods, inventory control and time management
• Raise material requisition and closely coordinate with suppliers ,Procurement and production team for seamless operation
• Material movement, Inventory control like minimum stock level finalization, inventory tracking, discrepancy reporting, preparation of goods receipt note and material return note related to the stock
• Imply FIFO for shelf life products and update register
• Ensure correct and safe usage of equipment provided for logistics purpose, custodian of fixed assets like mobile, Computers, fork lifts and stores related equipment provided for the smooth flow of requirement
• Stock counting , preparation of GRN and other date
• Creating alert if any inadequacy of raw materials
• Closely coordinate with customer for vehicle arrangement and deliveries

• Bachelor Degree/or Equivalent

• Experience of 1-2 years

• Language proficiency
