Every Sunday off. A store to run. And a genuine reason to get in now.

That’s the short version and here’s the rest.

The Roster: (because it's what you really want to know): No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off. Three days off in a row every second weekend. Almost unheard of in retail, and it’s exactly what you’ll get here.

The Job: Run your own store, hands-on and on the floor, with a team of 10 to 15. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, done with your team, not from an office. If you love being on the floor, you'll love this. If you want a desk, you won't.

Why now is the moment: The Reject Shop is becoming Dollarama Australia, part of one of the most successful discount retailers in the world. That's not a logo change. We're investing in the Australian business from the ground up, the stores, the technology, the branding, the people and the way we work. Get in now, learn how a global retailer really operates, and grow as we do. The people who join at this point are the ones who'll be leading it next.

You: You've managed a retail store, servo, fast food outlet, pub, chemist or similar, and you lead by doing. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the business, and a global operating model most managers never get to learn.

What you get: From $31.11 base hourly rate (depending on experience) + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + bonus + 17.5% leave loading, and a real path forward as the business grows.

Apply now. Our Talent team calls every suitable applicant within two business days. Straight from us, no agencies.
