We are looking for a Manager, in SANT BOI on a full-time basis, and we want you to be part of this adventure!

What you'll do

• Organize, direct, and motivate the team.
• Achieve sales and quality objectives, both in customer service and in the condition of the point of sale.
• Perform correct stock management, as well as reducing losses.
• Carry out the procedures and policies established by the company.
• Guarantee the correct functioning of the point of sale.

What we're looking for

• Have training and experience in team management and point of sale management.
• Possess communication skills to know how to correctly convey information to both the customer and the team.
• Maintain a positive attitude, fostering teamwork and a high level of commitment.
