The role
We need to incorporate a new manager for the Terrassa area. These would be your main responsibilities:
- Manage the store team: motivation, training, shift management, etc.
- Ensure that there is always staff present during the established schedule.
- Promotion of products and services in DIGI stores.
- Processing of documents to manage contracts, portabilities, etc.
- Drive store results by thinking about how to attract more customers to the point of sale.
- Management of the same, verification with different DIGI people/teams.
- Comprehensive customer service, resolving doubts and needs that arise at the point of sale.
- Take responsibility for the store's results.
- Support for various procedures: homeowners' association, police, city council, incidents, accidents, etc.
- After-sales service and resolution of customer problems.
- Report sales daily to the client manager.
- Report information about the competition shared by customers daily.
- Comply with and enforce DIGI's rules and policies.
- Maintain order and cleanliness within the store.
- Control SIM card stock and store supplies.
