Store Manager

What you'll do

- You will drive sales by ensuring customer service standards and ensuring a unique sales experience for our customers.

- You will handle staff selection to choose your store team, train new talent, and organize schedules and vacations to ensure the smooth running of the store.

- You will analyze KPIs and design action plans with your team to positively impact the achievement of store goals.

- You will manage stock, visual merchandising, and store presentation using all the tools we provide.

- You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and inspiring your team.

- Experience leading store teams and familiarity with the Retail sector.
