Store Manager

Role Summary:

Responsible for overall store operations, including receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, ensuring inventory accuracy, GMP compliance, and timely supply to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide store staff; ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and follow FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Ensure accurate inventory records in ERP and prepare regular reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, PPIC, production, QA/QC, and dispatch teams.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, WHO, and ISO standards; support audits.
• Enforce safety, housekeeping, and proper storage conditions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Supply Chain/Material Management or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in stores/warehouse management (pharma preferred).
• Strong ERP, leadership, and inventory control skills.

KPIs: Stock Accuracy, On-Time Issuance, Compliance Audit Score, Inventory Turnover.
