Store Manager (M/F) - Permanent Contract 35h - Strasbourg

What you'll do

• Deploy commercial policy and guarantee quality customer service to achieve set objectives

• Drive KPIs and implement concrete action plans to boost performance

• Recruit, integrate, and retain your team by building collective and individual action plans

• Guarantee impeccable store maintenance and showcase our products according to visual recommendations

• Supervise stock management and RFID inventories

• Be the guarantor of internal procedures

• Develop your team's schedules in connection with commercial activity

• Track and report variable payroll elements monthly to the HR department

• Guarantee the management of financial and merchandise flows (reception, RFID inventory, etc.)

• Participate in various meetings and events

What we're looking for

• You have at least 1 year of successful experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager, ideally in the retail sector.

• You are recognized for your ability to unite, motivate, and transmit your passion for sales. You know how to prioritize your tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.

• Result-oriented, you love taking on challenges while maintaining high standards for customer service quality.

First telephone exchange with our Recruitment team (15-20 minutes) followed by a second exchange via video conference (30-45 minutes)
