At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the retail sector in the search for a Store Manager for its center located in Masquefa.

What you'll do

Plan, coordinate, and supervise the team's activity, guaranteeing the correct functioning of the store and the fulfillment of established objectives, in accordance with the guidelines of the company and the Area Manager.

• Analyze store results and define action plans oriented towards the achievement of objectives.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the team, organizing daily activity and enhancing their professional growth.
• Guarantee correct management of stock and procurement, as well as the proper implementation of promotions and planograms.
• Supervise the daily operations of the store, ensuring the correct execution of replenishment, cash desk, customer service, and product handling processes.
• Ensure control of merchandise, inventories, shrinkage, and the company's internal procedures.
• Guarantee the correct maintenance of the facilities and compliance with quality, safety, and service standards.
• Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding occupational risk prevention, data protection, and compliance.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in team management within the retail, distribution, or consumer goods sector.
• Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation.
• Higher Level Vocational Training in Administration and Finance, Sales Management and Commercial Spaces, or equivalent degrees.
• Knowledge of legal regulations applicable to the store environment and Occupational Risk Prevention.
• Dynamic, resourceful person with skills for team management and development.
• Customer orientation and a vocation for offering an excellent shopping experience.
