At Mayoral, our children's fashion brand, we are looking for a manager for our store in C/ Terraza, 12-Estepona (Málaga), where you will have a key role in the development of the business.

What you'll do

What will you do in your day-to-day?
. Establish action plans to reach the set objectives.
. Select profiles according to the needs of the store.
. Train the store team, both in sales techniques and daily methodology.
. Optimization of schedules, vacations, and reinforcements.
· Plan, implement, and maintain the visual, optimizing the store's stock.
· Manage inventory, stock monitoring, weekly orders, and garment transfers between stores.
