What You Will Do:

As Store Manager, you oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, leading and developing a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Hire, train, coach, evaluate, and manage branch employees in Counter Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery Driver roles.
• Foster a customer-focused environment through strong product knowledge, service standards, and consistent customer engagement.
• Ensure sales floor and warehouse are well-stocked, organized, clean, and operating efficiently.
• Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory accuracy, and daily cycle counts.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and actively recruit top talent.
• Lead by example by performing all store functions as needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote daily employee engagement and development.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
