Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales performance. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring the store meets its sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service. - Manage inventory levels and ensure the store is well-stocked and organized. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue. - Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. - Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance. - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Required Skills: - Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in retail. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. - Proficient in inventory management and merchandising. - Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems. - A valid two-wheeler license is preferred.
