Store Manager - Orland Park, IL.

Store Managers are the point of contact with customers, delivering courteous service to all customers while maintaining a safe and clean environment for customers and fellow employees.

Job duties include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly courteous manner while working the checkout station.
• Scheduling Sales Associates to ensure that Store is properly staffed at all times
• Opening Store daily, ensuring cash is handled securely and reconciling end of day balances.
• Stocking and maintaining merchandise displays in the store.
• Prepare and maintain coffee stations and fresh food and drink stations.
• Keep all areas of the stores and gas pump areas neat and clean.
• Working well with others - "Do unto others as you would have done for yourself"
