Store Manager - Rixos Tersane Istanbul

Manage the daily operations of the hotel’s storerooms, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.

Report to the Purchasing Manager and coordinate closely with the Purchasing team and other relevant departments.

Ensure all deliveries are checked against purchase orders, delivery notes, and quality and quantity specifications.

Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all stock movements are properly documented in the relevant systems.

Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies, taking corrective action when necessary.

Ensure proper stock rotation, storage conditions, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and internal control procedures.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchasing team to support effective replenishment planning.

Minimize stock losses, wastage, and inventory discrepancies.

Ensure that all goods are issued to departments in accordance with authorized requisitions and established procedures.

Prepare inventory reports and support periodic stock audits.

Supervise, organize, and support the storeroom team to ensure efficient daily operations.

Previous experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.

Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory procedures, and warehouse operations.

Familiarity with purchasing and inventory management systems.

Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.

High attention to detail, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with hotel inventory systems is an advantage.
