Store Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. - Manage inventory using LIFO and FIFO methods to optimize stock levels and reduce waste. - Implement and maintain effective GRN (Goods Receipt Note) processes to ensure accurate inventory records. - Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment. - Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategies for increasing store profitability. - Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement store policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
