What We're Looking For
>> 3-5 years of retail management experience
>> Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
>> Experience driving sales, managing budgets, and analyzing performance metrics
>> Proficiency with POS and retail management systems
>> Valid Michigan driver's license and ability to travel as needed
