Retail Store Manager – Automotive Tyre and Battery - Witbank

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to run day-to-day store operations in Witbank, driving sales and profitability while maintaining high service and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 (minimum)
• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales or Marketing
• 5 years' retail sales and/or marketing experience, including up to 3 years at supervisory or managerial level
• Automotive part sales industry experience
• Computer literacy (MS Office) and strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive, action-oriented, resilient and customer-focused, with strong planning, analytical and problem-solving skills

Duties:

• Manage daily store operations to meet sales and profitability targets
• Oversee stock availability, pricing, promotions and merchandising
• Manage the store budget, control expenditure and identify cost savings
• Supervise, schedule, appraise and develop store staff
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with legal, risk, and health and safety requirements, and maintain store security
