我們正在尋找一位 Store Operations Manager｜店務營運主管，負責台北店的整體營運。
這是一個「管理＋實際執行」的職位。

你不只是管理團隊，也需要親自參與店內日常營運，包括櫃台接待、客戶服務、活動帶領及現場問題處理。

# 主要工作內容

｜店內營運
負責店內每日營運及現場管理
確保店內服務品質、環境及設備正常運作
負責開店、閉店及日常營運流程
處理客戶需求、客訴及現場突發狀況
協助建立、執行及優化店內 SOP

｜人員管理
招募、面試及培訓店內員工
帶領及管理現場團隊及工作分配
處理員工溝通及日常管理問題

｜第一線服務與活動執行
櫃台接待、訂位及客戶服務
接待企業、學校、家庭及團體客戶,親自帶領雷射槍活動解說

｜營運改善
分析客戶回饋及營運問題
協助提升服務品質及營運效率
與公司共同規劃新的活動及服務

We are looking for a Store Operations Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Taipei location.
This is a hands-on management role that combines leadership with day-to-day operations.
You will not only manage the team, but also actively participate in daily store operations, including front desk service, customer support, group activities, and handling on-site issues.

1.Manage daily store operations, on-site management, and service quality
2.Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store staff
3.Handle customer service, reservations, complaints, and on-site issues
4.Take an active role in front desk operations, group activities, and game sessions
5.Continuously improve store SOPs, service quality, and operational efficiency
