Job Description – Store & Quality Coordinator
Reports to: QC Manager, Jord Malaysia
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily entry of welding consumables on the Weld consumable tracking Excel document
- To monitor welding consumables issuance and Stock Take
- To monitor Stock Take for factory consumables
- To raise Material Request for procurement of factory consumables
- To update factory consumable receiving on Stock Database
- To assist documentation for Material request Slip.
- Prepare Delivery Note on daily basis for outgoing Materials/ Equipment’s
- Issuance of Purchase Order via Database for factory consumable inventory after use (Stock Management)
- Daily entry of material received into Store System (Project & Factory Consumable)
- To maintain systematic filing system for GRN & Material Issue slip related to ISO documentation
- Prepare packing lists based on approved drawings and project requirements.
- Update client packing lists according to client specifications and project requirements.
- Verify loose parts lists and SBOM lists as per project requirements.
- Prepare GRN (Goods Received Note) documents, submit them to the QC department, and maintain proper records.
- Follow up with QC inspectors to ensure GRN inspections are completed within the required timeline.
- Follow up on all commented GRNs with the relevant departments to ensure closure of comments and completion of QC inspections.
- Issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) for non-compliances, lesion learned etc. follow up on corrective actions, ensure NCR closure.
- Conduct an initial review of the MDR as required by quality at 3 steps (After HT, After FAT & Final after IRN) as per the MDR index.
- Scan, rename, organize, and submit scanned documents into the system as per document control procedures.
- Supporting to Documents controller when required.
- Other tasks and responsibilities assigned as and when required by the company from time to time
- Ensure all materials are stored in an appropriate manner.
Skills and Experience:
- At least two (2) years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and record keeping is required for this position
- Candidate must possess related technical certificates for any field of studies. Preferably personnel specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Good computer knowledge
- Candidate must be willing to work in Rasa
- Knowledge of storekeeping & documentation and inventory control procedures; recordkeeping and other clerical procedures including care and maintenance of equipment and supplies; safety and security practices
- Equipped with basic mechanical concepts including ability to read, interpret, and carry out written and oral instructions
- Attention to details, strong teamwork spirit and positive working attitude
