STORE SUPERVISOR

Description:

• Coordinate daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Assign daily tasks, schedule shifts, train new hires, and coach warehouse associates.
• Monitor stock levels, oversee cycle counts and physical audits, and reconcile system records.
• Enforce workplace safety protocols, equipment handling rules (such as forklifts), and local regulatory standards.
• Measure and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like on-time delivery rates, pick accuracy, and labor productivity.
• Communicate with procurement, transport, and customer service teams to resolve delays or fulfillment issues

Requirements:

At least 3 years' experience in warehouse and logistics
Having a driving license is an advantage but not preferred;

A forklift license is a must.
Good team player with good communication skills
Energetic and dynamic in a working environment
