Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Perform duties in the best interest of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld
• Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of the customer
• Resolve potential service failure with tact and diplomacy
• Oversee multiple stations and recommend improvements to the Store Manager
• Supervise and guide service staff in performing their duties • Conduct daily roll calls, plan and manage floor plan, roster, any other administrative duties
• Ensure restaurant is adequately staffed during operations and update Store Manager of any changes
• Conduct stock inventory and place order for restaurant items
• Conduct daily check to ensure proper working condition of equipment
• Actively involved in hiring process by identifying and selecting candidates for junior positions
• Actively involved in staff counselling and propose to management on course of disciplinary action, including but not limited to, termination of employment

Requirements:

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a Chinese F&B restaurant setting is required.

• Experience in established Chinese restaurant groups such as JUMBO, Crystal Jade, Peach Garden, or Paradise Group is preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, guide, and train service staff.

• Experience in staff scheduling, manpower planning, stock inventory, and ordering restaurant supplies.

• Good customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and equipment maintenance.

• Able to handle staff counselling and administrative duties.

• Willing to work 5.5 days per week, 11 hours per day.

• Work locations: Tai Seng, Cathay, or Jewel.
