Store Worker Leader

As a Store Worker Leader, you will answer worker's questions regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other directive.

Recommend to the supervisor the scheduling of personnel to meet changing and or seasonal workload requirements.

Promote the participation of employees in the suggestion program, cost reduction measures, etc.

Demonstrate tact and diplomacy when assisting customers.
