Summary
Manages daily warehouse operations like receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods using systems such as SAP, while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards.
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
Working Location: Jurong or Changi (Shuttle Bus available at selected MRT Stations)
Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, sorting, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate handling, labelling, and storage of inventory in accordance with company procedures.
- Update and maintain inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or SAP.
- Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and assist in inventory reconciliation when required.
- Prepare orders for shipment while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, following workplace safety guidelines.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Support other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned to meet operational requirements.
Job Requirements
- Possess a good understanding of freight booking processes and related logistics systems.
- Proficient in using ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), such as SAP, for inventory and order management.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Logistics Industry.
- Forklift License preferred.
