Job Function

The job incumbent’s main responsibilities will be to receive, maintain and ensure the distribution of consumer electronic products or spare parts.

Main Responsibilities – Retail & Service Centre

Maintain security and control of storeroom and storage areas
Receive and inspect all items and reconcile against the purchase or transfer orders
Perform cycle counts and generate variance reports

- - Assist customers and employees for any spare parts requests/queries
  - Process and follow-up to Customers’ requests/queries and provide prompt feedback

Main Responsibilities – Warehouse

To ensure and monitor the preparation of goods for our different customers within acceptable time frame
To receipt and verify all incoming local and foreign purchases according to established procedures and promptly communicate any issue to the Team Leader – Warehouse
To ensure that all outgoing stock items tally with relative customer orders, in terms of description, quantity and quality
To be responsible for the optimization of space within the warehouse to accommodate incoming products
To ensure that Goods Received Notes (GRN) are raised for all incoming foreign purchases
To ensure that warranty cards are inserted inside each product during the internal transfers or delivery to customers
To ensure that loan & bumped items are segregated, properly tagged and closely monitored
To carry out cycle counts as per set schedule
To ensure good housekeeping of the warehouse
