STOREKEEPER, WAREHOUSE PHARMACY
1. Order Fulfilment & Inventory Handling
- Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and labeling of items according to delivery schedules.
- Adhere to the 7R principles in all order fulfilment activities.
- Verify and check expiry dates, batch numbers, and product conditions before dispatch.
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing pharmaceutical products in accordance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
- Respond to customer complaints in the NCAS on time (within 3 days).
2. Stock Management
- Fully responsible for all items under your care, including dedicated shelves, and ensure stock is replenished in the assigned storage bins in a timely manner.
- Conduct planned random counts and submit reports to the Supervisor.
- Participate in routine and scheduled stock counts (cycle counts, monthly and yearly stock takes).
- Report stock discrepancies, damages, or near-expiry items to the Supervisor immediately.
- To ensure defective or incorrect items are returned accurately to responsible suppliers.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storage environment. Ensure that no boxes are placed directly on the floor.
3. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Understand and comply with all audits from internal (KPJ Internal Audits) and External Auditors (SOPs, ISO 9001 standards, NPRA requirements, and GDP guidelines).
- Maintain proper documentation and records as required by internal and regulatory standards.
- Share knowledge with team members.
4. Logistics & Delivery Support
- Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time.
5. Team Support & Other Duties
- Attend training and refresher courses related as arranged by Management.
- Participate in any warehouse improvement programs or company-assigned activities.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed and carry out tasks assigned by supervisors or management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Education: SPM and above.
Professional Qualification: Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Inventory Management Software).
Knowledge & Experience: Preferably minimum 1 year working experience.
Special Skills Required
- Familiar with stock control, inventory counts, and stock arrangement.
- Ability to use barcode scanners and inventory management systems (IMS).
- Ability to resolve stock discrepancies or logistical issues.
- Identify damage or missing items during stock handling.
- Ability to work as part of a warehouse team.
- Compliance with safety rules and practices.
