STORES SUPERVISOR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supervise daily warehouse and store operations.
- Monitor receiving, storage and issuing of steel and construction materials.
- Check quantities and specifications of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
- Prepare and verify Delivery Orders (DO), Goods Received Notes (GRN) and related documents.
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, accounts and warehouse personnel on order fulfilment.
- Update stock movements and inventory records in AutoCount Accounting Software.
- Coordinate cutting and preparation of materials according to customer orders.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and report issues to management.
- Ensure proper storage, identification and organisation of materials.
- Assist in planning daily warehouse activities and delivery arrangements.
- Perform other related duties assigned by management.
Requirements：
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Accounting or related field.
- At least 1 years of relevant experience in warehouse, stores, inventory or trading operations.
- Experience in steel, construction materials or general trading industry will be an advantage.
- Experience with AutoCount or other inventory/accounting software preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Able to coordinate warehouse operations independently.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
