As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive growth across some of the largest and most complex enterprise accounts in the global market.
You will use a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach to position sophisticated SaaS solutions with multinational brand manufacturers and enterprise organizations.
The role combines strategic prospecting, executive engagement, account planning, pipeline development, and end-to-end ownership of complex sales cycles.
You will build relationships with senior decision-makers while connecting technology capabilities to broader business objectives and evolving digital commerce needs.
Working cross-functionally, you will collaborate with internal leaders and product teams while bringing valuable market and customer insights back into the organization.
Success in this role requires exceptional storytelling, commercial resilience, strong sales discipline, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
This is an opportunity for a high-performing enterprise seller to influence major customer relationships and play a central role in accelerating global revenue growth.
Accountabilities:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing global customer accounts as well as net-new enterprise prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for large, complex accounts, maintaining a healthy pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
- Prospect, network, and penetrate global enterprise organizations using structured sales methodologies and MEDDPIC-based selling principles.
- Map complex organizational structures to identify key influencers, champions, economic buyers, and C-suite decision-makers.
- Build compelling business cases that connect the value of SaaS solutions to customers’ strategic priorities, operational challenges, and digital commerce objectives.
- Lead the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery through solution positioning, stakeholder alignment, negotiation, and contract close.
- Build and leverage strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders across Fortune 100, 500, and 1000 organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, understanding customer challenges and positioning solutions that address their broader business objectives.
- Employ a repeatable sales process to create business value, develop internal champions, advance opportunities, and close new revenue contracts.
- Deliver compelling presentations and executive-level storytelling that clearly communicate complex solutions and differentiated value.
- Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment on strategic opportunities, customer priorities, and sales progress.
- Share customer and market insights with Product and Engineering teams to help inform future product development and roadmap priorities.
- Monitor industry developments, competitive activity, and evolving digital commerce trends to strengthen market positioning and sales strategies.
- Manage multiple complex enterprise sales processes simultaneously while maintaining strong execution, follow-through, and forecast accuracy.
- 8+ years of experience consistently exceeding assigned quotas with responsibility for net-new sales revenue.
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to large global enterprise organizations and senior business stakeholders, including CMOs, VPs, and Directors.
- Strong track record managing and expanding relationships across Fortune 100, 500, or 1000 accounts.
- Mastery of complex enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or MEDDPIC.
- Formal sales training and experience following a structured, repeatable sales process.
- Demonstrated ability to execute multiple complex sales cycles concurrently within large, multinational organizations.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the confidence to engage and influence executive audiences in person and virtually.
- Strong strategic account planning, prospecting, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing capabilities.
- Ability to understand complex business challenges and translate them into compelling technology and commercial solutions.
- Highly resilient, persistent, and results-oriented, with a strong hunter mentality and motivation to win new business.
- Low-ego, collaborative approach with the ability to build trust across customers, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgment, organizational skills, and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- US national base salary range of $136,000–$180,000 USD.
