Strategic Adviser to Management

About the Role

The Concept Group is seeking a Strategic Adviser to support management in driving strategic initiatives, monitoring business performance, and providing insights for executive decision-making. The role reports to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Support leadership in developing and executing the company's strategic plan.
• Track strategic goals and KPIs, reporting progress to Executive Management.
• Prepare board meeting materials and analytical reports on strategic initiatives, financial performance, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the CFO and Finance team on financial modelling and decision-making tools.
• Analyse data and recommend improvements to processes, procedures, and systems.
• Participate in recruitment for key positions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Three or more years of strategic or management consulting experience is an added advantage.
• Strong background in finance, business development, and analysis.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modelling skills.
• Experience with KPI tracking and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in financial services or a related field is an advantage.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or CFA certifications are a plus.
