Strategic Affiliate Partnerships Manager
About Audiohook
Audiohook is a fast-growing technology company transforming the way brands connect with audiences through audio. We build innovative tools that help advertisers reach listeners across streaming platforms, podcasts, and emerging audio channels. As we scale, we're looking for a Strategic Affiliate Partnerships Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fully remote environment.
Role Overview
The Strategic Affiliate Partnerships Manager will work directly with the Director of Affiliate Partnerships to expand Audiohook's presence across the affiliate marketing ecosystem.
This is a hands-on role combining strategic relationship management, partner development, prospecting, partner activation, and pipeline generation. The ideal candidate understands the affiliate industry, is comfortable building relationships from the ground up, and can independently manage existing and prospective partners.
As one of the first dedicated hires within the Affiliate Partnerships function, this person will also play an important role in establishing processes, improving partner engagement, and helping build the foundation for future growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow relationships with affiliate networks and affiliate management agencies, developing these partnerships into consistent sources of qualified advertiser opportunities.
Identify opportunities to establish new partnerships across the affiliate ecosystem.
Turn partner relationships into active, productive sources of advertiser opportunities, including educating partner teams, identifying brands within network and agency portfolios, and facilitating introductions.
Develop repeatable strategies for generating qualified pipeline through affiliate channels.
Help establish processes and improve partner engagement as one of the first dedicated hires in the function.
Work cross-functionally to ensure partner-sourced opportunities are properly handed off and supported.
Required Qualifications
Understanding of the affiliate marketing industry, including networks, affiliate management agencies, and how affiliate-sourced pipeline is built.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships from the ground up and independently manage existing and prospective partners.
Experience with partner prospecting, activation, and pipeline generation.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to bring structure and process to a newly developing function.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to educate partner teams on products and opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with affiliate networks, partnership marketing, or marketing technology platforms.
Experience working at an early-stage or high-growth company where individual contributors regularly shape process, not just execute it.
Familiarity with performance marketing and customer acquisition channels.
