- Build, maintain, and evolve external relationships with partners and across the ecosystem, and manage partnerships with entities of all sizes.
- Develop cross-product area partner initiatives and build go-to-market strategies to meet broader Google goals across changing industries.
- Ideate and drive agreements with potential partners and renewals/expansions for existing partners and build consensus with internal and external executives.
- Serve as the relationship manager for our current existing agreements. Help realize and optimize value from these partnerships while building effective long-term relationships.
- Engage with several internal cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to incubate, launch, improve new features and user experiences across markets and functional areas.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, media or working with advertising agencies.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Ability to communicate in Dutch and English fluently to support client
relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, compelling narratives, storytelling and competitive selling.
- Knowledge of agency business models, customer retention, growth and new business acquisition for agencies.
- Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics; expertise in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with a broad-range of internal and external constituents.
- Ability to communicate in French fluently to support client relationships in Belgium.
- Ability to own a portfolio in a sales context, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth.
