Wolters Kluwer invites a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Corporate Performance & ESG unit in Italy. You will develop advanced dashboards, perform data analyses, and collaborate with management to drive revenue growth and customer retention.
You will leverage SAS, SAP BI tools, MicroStrategy, and data warehouses to extract insights, support ETL processes, and ensure data governance and compliance across projects.
Develop dashboards and scorecards. Conduct thorough data analyses to extract actionable insights. Collaborate with management to define data requirements. Support ETL processes. Identify trends and interpret large datasets. Maintain BI tools and reports; ensure data privacy and compliance. 2+ years in a BI/analytics role. Bachelor’s degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance. Experience with SAP/BI tools is preferred.
