Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conducts basic market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Gathers and analyzes data to support business development planning and decision-making.
Assists in preparing business proposals, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Supports the coordination of business development initiatives and tracks progress against goals.
Helps maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners to support collaboration.
Participates in meetings and contributes to discussions on business opportunities.
Assists with organizing and attending industry events, conferences, or networking sessions.
Maintains accurate records of business development activities and updates relevant systems.
Stays informed about industry developments and shares relevant insights with the team.
Performs other related tasks as assigned.

Knowledge and Attributes:

Seasoned understanding of market research techniques and business development processes.
Ability to analyze data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Seasoned written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and grow within the business development field.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

Required Experience:

Seasoned demonstrated experience in a business development, sales support, or marketing role.

Seasoned experience preparing presentations, reports, or proposals.

Seasoned familiarity with CRM tools or business development tracking systems is a plus.

Experience in understanding customer and market trends and proven track record/achievement in implementing marketing and sales reforms.

Experience in working in fast-paced environment /Global MNC / High Tech Industry

Candidates who can speak Japanese will be highly of advantage
