</b>• Support category managers
with category strategy plans, sourcing execution, category planning and
strategic sourcing tasks</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Leverage GEP
category experts and tools to deliver insights</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Establish
negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve savings and supply
objectives</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Perform business
analytics, savings reporting and stakeholder interaction</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Evaluate suppliers
and vendor capabilities</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Manage supplier
selection and procurement activities including RFI, RFP, RFQ, scorecard and bid
analysis</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Support supplier
management and procurement policies</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Improve operations,
manage SOPs and streamline processes</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Engage with
suppliers, sponsors, end users and support functions</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Mentor junior
colleagues and participate in recruitment and firm building activities<br />

<b><span lang="ro" xml:lang="ro">Primary Skills / Minimum Qualifications:</span></b><br />
• 3-5 years of strategic sourcing experience</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Proficiency in
English and German (at least B2 level)</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Knowledge of
centralized purchasing principles and practices</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Strong communication
skills</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Strong analytical,
reporting and presentation skills</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Negotiation
experience</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Ability to manage
multiple procurement projects</p><p></p><p class="MsoNormal">• Knowledge across
procurement categories is advantageous</p><p></p><p class="Position description" style="font-family:DarwinSans;line-height:1.2;">
</p><p class="MsoNormal">• Knowledge of process
improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, TQM or APEX is advantageous</p><p></p>
