Are you ready to lead the full supply chain planning cycle and transform demand into an efficient, reliable and cost-effective supply plan?
We are seeking an experienced Head of Supply Chain Planning to lead Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, Inventory Planning, Warehousing and Distribution, while driving an integrated S&OP process across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and S&OP
- Develop demand forecasts using sales data, market trends, seasonality and promotions
- Translate demand into supply, procurement and production plans
- Optimize raw materials, packaging materials, production capacity and inventory levels
- Lead Master Production Planning and capacity optimization
- Balance customer service, inventory, production, procurement and logistics costs
- Identify supply risks, manage exceptions and drive corrective actions
- Develop planning dashboards, automated reports and data-driven insights
- Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and supply chain efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand, Production, Material or Inventory Planning
- Strong experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Proven expertise in S&OP, forecasting, capacity planning and inventory optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work across multiple systems
- Experience developing dashboards, automated reports and planning analysis
