This is a fully remote position.
ROLE
As a member of the Technology Adoption Team, you will play a pivotal role in transforming how organizations adopt, utilize, and expand their use of Symetri's software solutions. This position focuses on helping prospective and existing clients maximize the value of Symetri technologies, Autodesk solutions, and related services through strategic guidance, implementation, and change management.
This is a client-facing role that blends technical expertise, consulting, pre-sales support, and post-sales delivery. You will collaborate closely with sales, client success, technical teams, and customers to drive meaningful business outcomes through technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with sales teams during discovery sessions to identify client challenges, goals, and technology needs.
- Conduct engaging software demonstrations showcasing Symetri, Autodesk, and partner solutions.
- Present technical recommendations that align with customer business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with opportunity qualification, service scoping, ROM development, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Communicate the value of Symetri's integration and custom development capabilities.
Implementation & Customer Success
- Lead software implementation, onboarding, training, mentoring, and adoption engagements.
- Guide clients through technology adoption and technical change management initiatives.
- Establish measurable success metrics and help clients achieve desired business outcomes.
- Provide advanced technical support and serve as an escalation resource when needed.
- Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients.
Internal Collaboration & Product Enablement
- Maintain deep expertise in the Symetri technology suite, Naviate products, Autodesk solutions, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Client Success Managers, Marketing, Product Management, and technical teams.
- Support internal enablement efforts and champion Symetri solutions across the organization.
- Contribute to product improvement initiatives through software testing, client feedback, and collaboration with global teams.
- Assist with the creation of training materials, user resources, case studies, and customer success stories.
Industry Leadership
- Represent Symetri as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) at industry events, webinars, conferences, and customer engagements.
- Stay current on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within the AEC industry.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Experience
- Strong proficiency with Autodesk products, including Revit and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Experience working with design, engineering, construction, or building lifecycle workflows.
- Demonstrated experience delivering technical software demonstrations and solution-based presentations.
- Understanding of technology adoption, implementation strategies, and business process improvement.
Professional Experience
- 5+ years of experience working within medium-to-large organizations.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Revit (versions 2022 through current).
- Experience with cloud-based collaboration technologies, including BIM 360 and/or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
- Experience supporting software implementations, training programs, or consulting engagements.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Design, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability and willingness to present at industry events and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies.
- Experience developing project scopes, ROMs, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
