• Collaborate with the owner to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and meet annual sales target.
• Follow up on new leads,ensuring regular progress updates to the owner.
• Support the staffs.
• Stay updated on F&B trends.
• At least 5 years experience in this field (Japanese Restaurant would be preferred).
• Understands certain japanese language.
• Has interest and passion to Japanese cuisine.
• Flexible mind.
• Can act with foresight.
