Strategic Marketing Manager
Phillips Advanced Manufacturing Solutions (AMS) is seeking a strategic and results-driven Strategic Marketing Manager to own and execute our comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring marketing directly drives revenue growth, robust pipeline development, and market expansion. In this pivotal role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our sales, technical engineering, and corporate marketing teams, translating complex, cutting-edge advanced manufacturing technologies into compelling, market-facing messaging and high-impact campaigns across commercial, federal, and education markets. You will take complete ownership of defining our market positioning, driving integrated multi-channel digital strategies, leading public relations and thought leadership initiatives, and managing project budgets and timelines to ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule.
To excel in this position, you will work hand-in-hand with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts with pipeline priorities, oversee the creation of high-converting sales enablement materials, and leverage advanced tools like Dynamics 365 and Power BI to drive data-informed decision-making. By establishing measurable KPIs and analyzing campaign performance alongside competitive market trends, you will continuously optimize our return on investment and brand visibility. We are looking for a collaborative professional with a proven B2B background in advanced manufacturing, technology, or industrial sectors who can seamlessly bridge the gap between technical teams and commercial success.
If you're ready to join a dynamic team and make a real impact, we want to hear from you. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $125,000.00 and $140,000.00 annually. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
