Strategic Partner Manager

  • Develop strategic alliances and execute joint business plans with named partners.

  • Drive co-sell motions, pipeline development, and effective utilization of MDF funds.

  • Enable partners through training, certifications, and joint marketing initiatives.

  • Lead joint campaigns, webinars, and events to generate demand and expand market reach.

  • Conduct regular quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to monitor performance and refine partner strategy.

  • 7+ years of experience in channel or partner management.

  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models.

  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Ability to influence across organizations and manage joint initiatives effectively.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in driving partner success.
