  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, and finance
  • Tracking, analysing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends across your partner portfolio
  • Using analysis and gaming industry expertise to source and develop new partner opportunities
  • Leading advertising-related projects and regional initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive advertiser and monetization outcomes

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in business development or account management, in client-facing roles
  • Gaming industry experience, with a working understanding of what makes games successful
  • Experience in the Greater China Region market
  • English and Mandarin proficiency — Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners in the local language
  • Experience working effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, internally and externally
  • Ability to define, initiate, and drive business opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Good understanding of the internet industry; advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred:

  • Deep domain knowledge of the gaming industry; user-growth related experience
  • Digital advertising experience
  • Experience in large, matrixed organisations (e.g., major tech companies)
  • Ability to structure, negotiate, and maintain significant and complex strategic relationships with game companies
  • BS/BA in a quantitative field such as Economics or Business/Commerce, or equivalent experience
