Discussion

Cenegenics is the global leader in longevity and performance medicine, transforming human health across 5 continents for nearly 30 years. Since 1997, we have been pioneering a new model of healthcare focused on helping people live longer, healthier, and higher-performing lives. We believe the future of medicine is not reactive disease management, it is proactive optimization, prevention, and performance. Our physician-led care model combines advanced diagnostics, precision medicine, data-driven protocols, AI, and personalized coaching to deliver measurable health outcomes beyond what traditional primary or concierge care typically achieves. By integrating nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, and medical optimization into a coordinated care experience, we help our members take control of their healthspan and unlock their full potential.

Today, Cenegenics serves patients across a growing global network and is building one of the most recognized brands in longevity medicine. As demand for proactive healthcare continues to accelerate, we are creating the platform, technology, clinical infrastructure, and talent network that will define the next generation of healthcare.

About the Role

Cenegenics is building a scalable partnership channel that brings physician-led longevity and performance medicine into the communities where high-performing, health-conscious people already live, work, train, and connect. We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to turn that opportunity into an active, measurable growth engine. This is a true builder-operator role at the intersection of partnerships, business development, and field activation. You will own the work end to end: map markets, identify targets, open doors, shape the pitch, build the plan, coordinate the activation, manage follow-up, and report the results. You must be equally comfortable setting the strategy and personally executing the details.

The mandate has two immediate dimensions. First, each of our 20 U.S. centers needs proactive, outbound partnership development tailored to its local market. Second, your first major national initiative will be the implementation of an amenities and wellness partnership with access to approximately 300 locations. You will create the rollout strategy, prioritize markets, coordinate programming, mobilize internal teams, equip local stakeholders, and ensure every activation has a clear path from participant engagement to qualified referral, assessment, and membership.

Corporate Marketing will support the role with brand, campaign, content, creative, and demand-generation resources. However, this position is designed for a high-agency doer who can build what is needed, keep multiple markets moving, and create momentum without waiting for a dedicated team.

Why This Role Matters

A small number of well-chosen, well-activated relationships in each Cenegenics market can become a meaningful, durable source of referrals and revenue. This role will build the model — and the playbook — to make that happen at scale.

What You Will Own

Launch and Scale Strategic Partnerships

  • Lead implementation of our initial national amenities and wellness partnership, building a phased rollout across priority markets and locations.
  • Translate high-level agreements into clear activation plans with defined audiences, programs, calendars, owners, budgets, lead-capture methods, and success measures.
  • Develop scalable programming—including speaker series, executive health education, member events, pop-up experiences, and other longevity-focused activations—that can be repeated without feeling generic.
  • Identify high-potential locations for deeper integration, including permanent or recurring mini-clinic models, and build the business case with Clinical, Operations, Finance, and partner leadership.

Build Local Referral Channels

  • Create and execute a proactive partnership-development plan for each of approximately 20 U.S. Cenegenics centers, with clear market priorities, target accounts, outreach activity, and relationship goals.
  • Personally drive outbound relationship building with local businesses and channel partners, including private clubs, luxury residential communities, wellness operators, fitness and performance organizations, hospitality groups, professional networks, and aligned healthcare providers.
  • Prioritize partners based on audience fit, referral potential, brand alignment, geographic relevance, and ability to activate—not simply the size of the logo.
  • Create partner-specific value propositions and activation concepts that help each organization deliver differentiated value to its members, residents, clients, or guests.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, proposal development, negotiation support, launch, activation, performance review, and expansion.
  • Build a healthy pipeline of new opportunities while deepening the few relationships most likely to generate sustained impact in each market.

Turn Activations into Measurable Growth

  • Design every program with a clear customer journey—from awareness and engagement to lead capture, consultation, Performance Health Assessment, and ongoing membership.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing and Sales to create landing pages, registration flows, referral codes, follow-up journeys, sales handoffs, and partner reporting.
  • Track partner-sourced leads, qualified opportunities, assessments, conversions, revenue, activation costs, and partner engagement in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Use data and partner feedback to improve programming, refine market prioritization, and determine where Cenegenics should invest, expand, pause, or exit.
  • Provide clear monthly and quarterly reporting that connects activity to pipeline and revenue—not just meetings held or events completed.

Coordinate Cross-Functional Execution

  • Act as the central operator across Partner Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Clinical, Center Operations, Legal/Compliance, and Finance.
  • Independently create the working materials needed to advance opportunities—including target lists, outreach sequences, partner briefs, presentations, activation plans, timelines, and performance updates—while engaging Marketing for scalable brand, content, creative, and campaign support.
  • Coordinate physician and subject-matter-expert participation, event logistics, partner communications, campaign assets, lead routing, and post-event follow-up.
  • Build practical playbooks, templates, launch checklists, and reporting standards that allow Cenegenics and its partners to execute consistently across markets.
  • Maintain a high bar for the Cenegenics brand and member experience while adapting programs to the realities of each location and audience.

What Success Looks Like:

  • First 90 days: A prioritized rollout plan is in place for the initial national partner; pilot locations, programming, owners, lead flows, reporting, and operating cadence are defined; local partnership targets and outbound plans are mapped across the U.S. center network.
  • Within 6 months: Repeatable programming is active in priority locations; local and national stakeholders are engaged; partner-sourced leads and assessments are attributable; a scalable activation playbook is being used across markets.
  • Within 12 months: Strategic partnerships are producing a consistent pipeline of qualified referrals and revenue; the strongest relationships are expanding; high-potential mini-clinic locations have been identified and evaluated; the business has a clear model for growing the partnerships function.

How Performance Will Be Measured:

  • Number, quality, market coverage, and contribution of active referral-producing partnerships
  • Partner-sourced leads, qualified opportunities, Performance Health Assessments, memberships, revenue, and conversion rates
  • Activation cadence, attendance, engagement, follow-up speed, and cost effectiveness
  • Partner satisfaction, retention, expansion, and renewal
  • Quality and adoption of the partnership activation playbook
